Thoughtful Ketamine Therapy in Austin, Texas
The right tools matter for your healing plan.
You’re Not Here for a Quick Fix, You Want to Actually Heal
You’ve tried therapy. Medications. Wellness routines. And still… something’s not shifting. You’re not looking for a band-aid. You’re looking for answers—and relief that lasts.
We work with high-performing adults who feel stuck. Ketamine therapy might be part of your care. Or it might not. Here, you’ll never be rushed into treatment. We’ll take time to understand what your mind and body truly need to heal.
What is Ketamine Therapy?
Ketamine therapy involves the supervised use of a dissociative anesthetic to gently shift how the brain processes mood, trauma, and anxiety. It creates space for emotional clarity and new mental pathways—especially when traditional treatments haven’t worked.
We only offer ketamine as part of a larger, customized plan—always supported by therapy, nervous system work, and deep assessment.
Who is Ketamine Therapy For?
Ketamine therapy may be considered for:
Adults with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, or PTSD
High-achievers battling chronic burnout or emotional fatigue
Individuals for whom traditional approaches haven’t offered relief
How It Works
Step 1: Medical Clearance
Your safety comes first. Before anything else, we’ll complete a detailed medical screening to make sure ketamine therapy is a safe option for you. We’ll carefully review your medical and psychiatric history to identify any concerns that would make this treatment inappropriate. Nothing moves forward unless it’s the right fit for your body and mind.
Step 2: Psychiatric Intake
Next, you’ll meet one-on-one with Dr. Williams. This session is your space to share your story, ask questions, and set intentions. It’s not rushed. You’ll talk through your mental health history, current challenges, and what you hope to shift. We’ll also introduce grounding tools and walk through everything you need to feel prepared and supported going into your first medicine session.
Step 3: Medicine Sessions
Each ketamine session lasts about 2 to 2.5 hours and takes place in a quiet, supportive space. We start with a low dose to understand how your system responds. You’ll be invited to go inward using an eye mask, soft music, and the safety of Dr. Williams’ presence to guide your experience. This isn’t clinical or cold. It’s spacious, safe, and calm.
Step 4 : Integration Sessions
After every session, we reconnect. Integration is where the real work begins: making sense of what came up and beginning to connect it to your daily life. These 50–75 minute sessions help ground your experience, process emotions, and uncover patterns or insights worth holding onto. You’re not left alone to figure it out.
